LT3645IUD#PBF is a synchronous step-down DC/DC controller designed to drive two N-channel synchronous MOSFETs in a buck converter configuration. It is a progressive type DC/DC controller with the adaptive constant off-time (COT) current mode control architecture. LT3645IUD#PBF belongs to the family of PMIC (Power Management IC) Voltage Regulators Linear + Switching products.
