The LT3667IMSE#PBF is an integrated, high current, low noise, low quiescent current, synchronous buck regulator. It integrates two low-side MOSFETs and two high-side MOSFETs, making it ideal for applications requiring high power efficiency. The LT3667IMSE#PBF has the capability to start up at a low input voltage and provides a wide input voltage range of 3.5 V to 41 V.
