LT3697IMSE#TRPBF is a complete DC/DC boost/inverting switching regulator from Linear Technology. It is specially designed for low output power and high loop bandwidth applications. It operates from input voltage of 2.6V to 35V and provides an output voltage of -5V to 32V with 2A of output current.

The amplitude and frequency of these pulses can be adjusted to regulate the output and to keep the converter’s power level within the desired limits.
In the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) mode, the duty cycle of the pulses is varied to regulate the output voltage. In the Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM), the frequency of the pulses is varied to regulate the output voltage. The LT3697IMSE#TRPBF is also capable of automatically switching between PWM and PFM according to the load condition to maintain the output voltage within the desired limits.
