The LT8619IMSE-5#TRPBF is a monolithic DC/DC power conversion integrated circuit specifically designed for use in portable systems where size and efficiency are paramount. The device combines a synchronous boost converter, low quiescent current linear regulator and highly efficient power MOSFETs in a small, 8-lead ThinSOT package.
