LT8672HMS#TRPBF

The LT8672HMS#TRPBF is a PMIC – Gate Drivers and supplies gate drive signals to low side and high side Gate Drivers for automotive applications. It is a high performance, high frequency, pulse generator which is optimized for driving a high side/low side Gate Driver. The LT8672HMS#TRPBF operates up to a maximum frequency of 2MHz, allowing faster switching times and an improved system efficiency.

The LT8672HMS#TRPBF uses an integrated high-voltage pulse generator to supply the high-side and low-side channels.
