The LT8620IMSE#PBF is a high efficiency, 2-phase, synchronous, non-isolated step-down switch-mode voltage regulator based on advanced CMOS technology. The device features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 65V and a wide range of output voltage ranges. It provides two phase-balanced P-channel and N-channel power MOSFET switches and two low on-resistance sense FETs to maximize overall efficiency while minimizing input and output ripple current. It also features over-current protection and over-temperature protection. The device is RoHS compliant and is provided in lead-free 12-pin SOIC and DFN packages.

The LT8620IMSE#PBF has a wide variety of applications in automotive, industrial, consumer, and communication systems. In automotive applications, the regulator can be used for cost-effective 12V battery management systems, providing an optimal solution for both high-efficiency and high-power applications.
