The LTC1643AHIGN#TRPBF has a built-in voltage monitor to track the output voltage, allowing the user to set up the output voltage warning and lockout thresholds.The LTC1643AHIGN#TRPBF is an LTC1643A high side moat controlled controller, in a 5-pin SOT-23 package. The controller can be operated up to 32V, featuring an adjustable current limit, short circuit protection and undervoltage lockout. It is ideal for applications where a high side mosfet is needed to control current, and features adjustable dead time, auto-retry, undervoltage protection and over temperature protection.The LTC1643AHIGN#TRPBF provides protection against over temperature, inrush current and transients during hot swap events; internal logic timing monitors the rise time of input power and provide protection if uncontrolled current or power transients occur.
