LTC3789EUFD#TRPBF is a high performance DC/DC controller with built-in power-saving features for adjustable step-down switching converters. It features a built-in soft-start function and can be used in a wide variety of applications such as chargers, computer power supplies, automotive and industrial applications.The LTC3789EUFD#TRPBF offers a fast transient response and is capable of a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 36V. It features a very low output voltage drop of only 0.1V at full load, allowing it to be used in a variety of applications. The device also has a low current ripple over the entire load range.The LTC3789EUFD#TRPBF has a very low quiescent current of only 1.2mA and excellent light load efficiency. It supports both pulse width modulation (PWM) and phase-shift control modes and is able to detect short-circuits and over-voltage faults.
