The LTC3891IFE#PBF is a high-performance 100-A monolithic, soft-switching current-mode synchronous DC/DC buck controller specifically developed for zero-voltage switching and optimum efficiency in high-current applications. This device operates in an adjustable frequency up to 1.5 MHz and allows virtually any output voltage up to 100 V with excellent line and load regulation. Special features include adjustable valley current, programmable soft-start, and a precondition circuit that provides fast current limiting and short-circuit protection.
