The LTC4415EMSE#TRPBF is a monolithic, low capacitance diode array designed to protect sensitive loads from damaging surges and often used in power management integrated circuits (PMICs), or controllers, ideal diodes and other applications. It offers superior protection against high-voltage transients, over-voltage and over-current conditions. The device is designed for high-speed protection against transients such as ESD, lightning and power-crossing events.
