LTC693CSW#PBF is a closely monitored, low current CMOS shunt regulator, part of the Linear Technology PMIC – Supervisors series of devices. It is a voltage reference, voltage detector and reset generator, combining the functions of a supervisor and a 2-bit counter. LTC693CSW#PBF has several applications in automotive and power supply systems specifically in low-voltage monitoring and protection.

The LTC693CSW#PBF can detect a wide range of voltages between 0.9V and 12V with an accuracy and precision of 0.3% and 1% respectively. Its reset output operates at a nominal voltage of 1.1V and is adjustable with the crowbar resistor to a range between 0.73V and 1.5V. When VCC voltage goes above adjusted reference voltage, the reset output voltage will again go low, resetting the counter and starting it again.
