The LTC6957IDD-1#PBF is an ultra-low power differential clock distribution solution suitable for use in critical-to-reliability applications where high frequency performance is a must. The device has been designed to provide a high-performance clock distribution over a wide range of clock frequencies. It can be used to transmit up to eight different clock outputs from a single source and can be used for both optical and electrical applications.The LTC6957IDD-1#PBF is designed for applications where a single clock signal needs to be distributed to multiple components or locations. This clock signal can be sourced from either a single reference clock or multiple reference clocks. The device can output up to six differential clock outputs and two single-ended clock outputs. Outputs can be either inverted or non-inverted and can be terminated as either single-ended or differential.The device is powered by a single 5V power supply. It has a frequency range of 0.25MHz to 1GHz. Outputs can be adjusted using the on-chip control logic and programmable output divider. A wide range of frequency fractions and integer ratios allow for precise, low jitter clock distribution.
