The LTC7150SEY#PBF is a DC DC switching regulator designed for applications requiring high output voltage accuracy and low dropout voltage. The device can operate in 1 of 3 switching states; a continuous conduction mode (CCM) mode, a discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) mode, and a burst mode.The LTC7150SEY#PBF is well suited for low quiescent current applications, making it ideal for battery-powered systems. It can operate with an input voltage range from 3V to 16V, and offers output voltage accuracy of 0.7% over line, load, and temperature. It boasts built in loop compensation and low dropout voltage for easy design.The LTC7150SEY#PBF is capable of delivering up to 1.2A of continuous current. It features an internal current limit and thermal shutdown, protecting the part from overcurrent and over-temperature conditions, respectively.
