The LTC7003HMSE#TRPBF is a high-performance silicon-germanium (SiGe) gate driver that provides precision gate drive solutions to standard MOSFETs and power ICs equipped in point-of-load, dc/dc converter, and industrial systems. This gate driver offers high current drive capability of 25mV and low output noise with integrated load protection.
The LTC7003HMSE#TRPBF combines tight output matching and high gain to provide high load current and low output noise, together with fast switching speeds. It is designed to drive MOSFETs and power ICs up to 500mA source and sink current. Its high-input impedance and low total harmonic distortion (THD) to drive any on/off switch and reduce power losses across the switch.
