Evaluation and Demonstration Boards and Kits
The LV8773GEVB Evaluation & Demonstration Board is a comprehensive evaluation platform to test the performance and features of the LV8773G synchronous primary-side-regulation (PSR) controller IC. It is designed for customers to evaluate the operation and performance of the LV8773G with various power supply configurations and power levels. The board also provides a number of optional components, enabling users to evaluate different system designs and implementation techniques.
The LV8773GEVB provides a complete solution for customers to evaluate the performance of the LV8773G. It is equipped with all of the components necessary to evaluate the LV8773G at a wide range of power supplies from 6V to 12V. The board includes an input transformer, split diodes, MOSFETs, inductors, and protection elements for short circuit, overload, UVLO, thermal shutdown, and ESD protection. The board also includes an isolated 3.3V output.
In addition, the Evaluation & Demonstration Board includes a host of evaluation and programming interfaces including a USB port, a USB type-C port, a RS232 communication port, an I2C interface, and a UART interface. The interface allows customers to perform various tasks like programming, debugging, and monitoring the working of the LV8773G. The interface also enables customers to configure the parameters of the board and to set the operating parameters of the LV8773G.
The LV8773GEVB allows customers to evaluate the features and performance of the LV8773G in different design topologies. It also allows customers to configure the working parameters of the LV8773G, such as the switching frequency, soft start time, overvoltage protection, thermal shutdown, and power limit.
The working principle of the LV8773GEVB board is based on the LV8773G synchronous primary-side-regulation (PSR) controller IC. The LV8773G IC is a synchronous PSR controller which operates by regulating the output voltage of a power supply, based on feedback from an external feedback element.
