It also supports multiple byte-wide configurations and ROM/OTP swapping.The M45PE40-VMP6TG TR incorporates an CMOS process optimized for low power and high speed, as well as reduced I/Os, pin count and package size.It also offers two jointed write modes, which allows the user to write two Flash memory arrays simultaneously.
The M45PE40-VMP6TG TR uses a 16-bit serial peripheral interface (SPI) which can reach speeds up to 20 MHz.It supports Auto-skip, write protection and DEP Mode, and a wide-range of FFMs (Flash File Management). In addition, it also supports strong content and copy protection, which is designed to reduce unauthorized copying or downloading of data.
