The MAX1003CAX is a successive-approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC). Its low power consumption and versatile feature set make it ideal for applications such as data logging, automated test systems, and portable medical devices. Therefore, the entire conversion process is completed in less than a single ADC clock cycle.
