Data Acquisition - Analog to Digital Converters (ADC)The MAX1135BEAP+ is an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that provides 24-bit resolution from multiple analog sources. With 14-bit and 16-bit resolution options at low power, the device is ideal for achieving high-resolution analog conversion, from low-level signals up to very high-amplitude signals. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, making it suitable for operation in harsh environments. The MAX1135BEAP+ integrates several features to make it easier to use, including :automatic programmable gain, crosspoint multiplexers, high and low off-set reference inputs and an on-chip oscillator. It also includes an advanced precision track-and-hold circuit that enables low-power sampling and long sampling times. The device also includes advanced hardware-based calibration circuits to accurately measure the input signal and offset errors.The MAX1135BEAP+ can be used in many applications, including scientific instruments, industrial process control, test and measurement systems, and automotive systems. Oversampling allows the ADC to take multiple samples of the input signal during its integration time to obtain a resolution beyond the analog-to-digital converter\'s native resolution.
