It features high-resolution and high-accuracy conversion, making it ideal for precision data acquisition applications. In addition, the MAX11665AUT+T offers high speed conversion and low power consumption.The MAX11665AUT+T offers a range of specialized features for different applications. For example, it has temperature compensation for low-temperature conversion accuracy. The ADC also has programmable LDOs, allowing users to customize the power-good thresholds for different applications. It is available in both single-ended and differential input versions and can be operated in either 12-bit or 16-bit resolution modes.The MAX11665AUT+T offers two primary modes of operation: single-ended and differential. In single-ended mode, the analog input is sampled at a given frequency and the difference between the input and the reference voltage is used to determine the result. In differential mode, the input and reference voltages are sampled one after another, and the difference between them yields the result.The MAX11665AUT+T’s internal reference is used to set the zero-point. The reference voltage is determined by the user, and the output is a scaled digital representation of the input on a linear scale. The user can to also use the MAX11665AUT+T\'s reference pin to supply an external reference voltage, if desired.The MAX11665AUT+T features a wide range of features applicable to different types of data acquisition. It offers an adjustable conversion rate (up to 50 MHz in differential mode), up to 24-bit resolution, a wide dynamic range from -40°C to +120°C temperature compensation, low power consumption (as low as 1 mA), and programmable low-dropout voltage regulators to control the input voltage.The MAX11665AUT+T can also detect power supply impedances to ensure stability in power-sensitive applications. It is designed with robust ESD protection, so it can be used in radiation-prone or high-altitude environments.In addition, the MAX11665AUT+T includes a variety of diagnostics. The digital error detection circuit can detect out-of-range inputs and over-range inputs, monitor the conversion process, and detect power failures.
