The MAX14932DASE+T is a wide-temperature, high-voltage digital isolator that provides a 2-channel ISOCHRONIS (interfaceless double-detection) channel to help simplify safety isolation designs. In operation, the MAX14932DASE+T isolates system-level microprocessors or peripheral circuits, allowing only differential signals to be transmitted. The maximum input and output data rates of the MAX14932DASE+T are 125 Mbps. The digital isolator offers a minimum air-gap insulation of 1 mm (100mm creepage) meeting the requirements of many industrial applications. The device also supports a common-mode range from -1000V to +1700V, and data transmissions between the two channels are independent—no common clock input is required; this makes the design simpler and increases system clock skew immunity.
