It features two independent, fixed-frequency DC-DC buck controllers with 3-phase synchronous rectification and programmable frequency modulation, one adjustable output LDO, and one adjustable input LDO. The power IC can support one to three buck controllers, and each buck controller is built with a high-precision, fixed frequency, current-mode, PWM controller and an independent synchronous rectification 3-phase with an internal bootstrap circuit. The PWM controller provides accurate (±1%) internal voltage slew rate limit, which increases system-level efficiency and prevents excessive current consumption during start-up. The internal bootstrap circuitry eliminates the need for external BUCK boost inductor, reducing system cost and complexity. Its adjustable voltage LDO is able to output up to 200mA, providing high current and low noise support for different system performance.The MAX15026CETD+G1D also features an integrated over-voltage/under-voltage lockout (UVLO) for two inputs, error amplifiers, integrated power-on reset (POR), internal soft start, and a powergood signal.
