The MAX16091UK44DIB+T is a small, space-saving, low-power supervisor IC for monitoring power supply, system voltage, or temperature levels in space-constrained, battery-operated systems. This supervisor includes an active low reset and an active low, power-on reset with precision thresholds 0.9V with ±0.05V accuracy. It also provides an open-drain RESET output, an internal power-on reset with an adjustable reset delay, and an active-low open-drain reset output. The IC offers an adjustable reset threshold voltage and reset time delay range. The Supervisor also provides a factory-programmed temperature threshold with an options of 105°C and 115°C. The MAX16091UK44DIB+T is available in an 8-pin SOT23 package.
