The device includes integrated compensation, phase-lock loop (PLL) clock multiplier, constant-on-time and programmable soft-start. The synchronous rectifier includes a voltage feedback and under-voltage lockout protection, that allows the device to regulate the output voltage with excellent accuracy. The device also includes a low-threshold under-voltage and soft start for low battery operation and over-temperature protection for improved system reliability.The sync-rectifier operates in current mode, which makes it more resistant to output capacitance variation and line transient. The current-mode control offers fast transient response, adjustable output voltage and excellent stability. The sync-rectifier is integrated with a PLL for frequency jittering, which helps to reduce the output voltage ripple.
