The MAX16903RATB33/V+T is a compact, dual-output, integrated DC/DC step-down switching regulator. This high-efficiency switching regulator includes a 10µA, 1.12V voltage reference, a 32kHz PWM step-down controller, and integrated dual N-channel power MOSFETs in an SO-8 package. The combination of the integrated MOSFETs and low quiescent current in the low dropout regulator (LDO) enable excellent power efficiency and a low component footprint. The MAX16903RATB33/V+T uses a two-phase, pulse-width-modulated (PWM) control scheme to regulate the desired output voltage.
