Maxim MAX17532ATB+T is a DC-to-DC voltage regulator designed for a wide range of applications. The device is a step-down current-mode DC-DC converter with a wide operating temperature range. It is well-suited for a variety of applications such as portable medical devices, industrial equipment, battery-operated end equipments, power tools, and telecommunication systems.

The MAX17532ATB+T integrates a low-side MOSFET and high-side MOSFET with a controller and logic with an operating supply range of 9V to 80V VDD. The soft-start prevents inrush current at start-up and is helpful in reducing the output voltage ripple. Output overvoltage protection is used to protect the device against overvoltage faults and the output overcurrent protection protects the device and connected components against overcurrent faults.
