It is a high-performance, measurement-grade ADC specifically designed for applications requiring extreme accuracy and low power consumption. It provides a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of up to 92dB and an effective number of bits (ENOB) of 15. The MAX181AEQH+TD has a wide input range of 0V to full-scale range (Vfs) of +3.3V, +2.5V, +1.8V, +1.7V, +1.5V, +1.25V, +1.0V, and +0.625V. It features a low power shutdown mode that enables low power consumption of only 8.2mW. It also has integrated sample-and-hold circuitry, a reference buffer, two programmable gain stages, a temperature sensor, and a software configurable power supply.The MAX181AEQH+TD is a low power PulSAR ADC that operates over a wide temperature range of –40°C to +125°C. It features the industry’s highest resolution, lowest noise performance, and the highest accuracy in a very small package.
