The MAX2046ETJ+ RF module includes a two part RF Transceiver/Receiver unit and a power amplifier module. The RF transceiver includes a transmitter, a receiver, and a transceiver switch. The power amplifier module includes a DC-DC converter, a boost converter, a power mixer, a mixer amplifier, a LNA, a RF attenuator, a power detector, and a differential amplifier.
