The MAX2420EAI+ is an integrated transceiver device from Maxim Integrated for wireless charging, NFC/RF application, wireless data transfer and UHF RFID. The MAX2420EAI+ supports two operating modes, Low-Power (LPO) and Standard-Power (SPO). Additionally, the device also includes an integrated receive/transmit switching circuit which provides True Zero Cross (TZC) switching with less than 0.5ns settling time. This feature is useful in applications where frequency shifts occur or when a fast response is critical in order to eliminate any unwanted signal loss.

The MAX2420EAI+ is ideal for applications such as wireless charging, NFC/RF communication, wireless data transfer, and UHF RFID applications.
