.The MAX2605EVKIT is a highly versatile RF Evaluation and Development Kit, Board offering lots of flexible options and applications. It consists of two separate parts, namely the MAX2605 Evaluation Kit and the MAX2605EVKIT Development Board. The Evaluation Kit is designed to overcome the problem of antennas that are unable to match the impedance of the RF transmission line. It provides a simple, low-cost solution for matching antennas that allows the user to evaluate antenna performance without the need of matching networks. The Development Board, fully compatible with the Evaluation Kit, adds additional functionality including a high-impedance probe, LCD display, a data logger, and sends/receives signals over the RF interface.
The MAX2605EVKIT is composed of three components: the MAX2605 integrated SoC, an Evaluation Board, and a MAX 10-HP development board. It was designed to offer wide-ranging platform for evaluation and development of various radio frequency devices, such as GSM phones, wireless routers, and other communication solutions. The Evaluation Board offers a number of features, such as a wide-range of frequencies, an adjustable gain, a choice of amplifier stage, and a versatile range of matching networks.
