Working Principle:The MAX2880ETP+ is a fully integrated RF module and is capable of producing +20dBm output power over the 2.4 GHz to 2.5 GHz ISM band. The amplifier is designed to achieve maximum output power efficiency with a peak gain of 15dB. The device contains two low noise amplifiers (LNAs), each having a single-ended gain of 8dB. The main function of the MAX2880ETP+ is to enable enhanced link performance and RF power control.

The RF power control unit is connected to the antenna port and provides a constant RF output power. The gain control unit allows users to adjust the gain and works by controlling the LNA bias current. The device also incorporates a digital logic interface, which is necessary for controlling the gain and power level of the device.
