MAX3082ESA+T is an ultra-low power, full-duplex digital driver/receiver transceiver that supports communication up to 4 Mbps. Working Principle:

It uses a two-channel, full-duplex, differential/single-ended serial transceiver that can be configured to support both RS-232, RS-485 and EIA-644. It is capable of transmitting and receiving data simultaneously (full-duplex) up to 4 Mbps.
