The MAX32631ICQ+ is a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4 with FPU processor-based microcontroller. It is well-suited for low-power, wireless applications. The MAX32631ICQ+ runs at up to 80 MHz and delivers up to 4.6 CoreMark/MHz at 1.8V and 1.2V with ultra-low-power consumption of 20 µA/MHz active and 160 nA sleep with all RAM and peripherals.
