Receiver Mode: The receiver mode is used when the PWD# is high, which enables the receive circuit of the Max3322EEUP+T and allows data to be received on the RS-485 bus. In this mode, the transmit circuit is disabled.

Sleep Mode: The sleep mode is used when the PWD# is held low for more than a defined time period, which disables both the transmit and receive circuits of the Max3322EEUP+T. In this mode, the device enters a low power consumption state, providing maximum energy savings.
