The high frequency voltage level must be maintained for the specified data rate to be achieved. The receiver amplifier is a differential, low noise, high-impedance amplifier that demodulates the differential voltage back to logic levels.

The PWM receiver is used to detect the incoming high-frequency data transmissions. It converts the high-frequency PWM signal into a low frequency square wave and feeds the data back to the receiver. The data is then interpreted by the Hysteresis Threshold Detector, which converts the logic level data into NRZ format. This logic level data is then available at the receiver data output pin.

The MAX3325EAI+ is suitable for use in industrial, medical, motor control, automotive, and low power applications. It can be used to connect multiple serial devices in either simplex or full-duplex communication mode. Its low power design enables power savings when in use and simplifies system design.
