The MAX333ACUP+T is a high-speed, low-power analog multiplexers/demultiplexers and is part of the high performance MAX ±15kV ESD-Protected CMOS Analog Multiplexers/Demultiplexes product family. It is designed to switch two differential or four single-ended signals. The MAX333ACUP+T has very low on-capacitance of less than 12pF, making it suitable for applications that require high-speed data acquisition. Additionally, the MAX333ACUP+T offers advanced low power consumption and excellent power efficiency.
The MAX333ACUP+T make use of CMOS analog switch technology. CMOS switches offer higher switching speed and reduce power consumption when compared to other switches such as FETs and BJTs. The MAX333ACUP+T uses a dual 4-channel design that consists of two independent 4-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer circuits.
