The MAX4532CAP Dual Single-Supply, 2-to-1 Multiplexer/Analog Switches are single-supply, SPST CMOS switches designed for signal multiplexing and analog/digital signal routing applications. The devices operate from a single +2.7 V to +13.2 V supply. The on resistance is extremely low, typically 0.4 Ω, making the devices ideal for low-level signals. Description ( Working Principle )
The MAX4532CAP dual single-supply, 2-to-1 multiplexer/analog switches is an 8-pin full CMOS switch designed to switch both analog and digital signals with a single +2.7 V to +13.2 V supply.
The switch is designed to operate with very low on-state resistance (0.4 Ω and 0.45 Ω max flat/tapered), low off-state leakage current, and fast switching times in the range of 0.7 ns. The input and output capacitance of the MAX4532CAP is 2.5 pF max, making it suitable for high-resolution and wide bandwidth applications.
The switch is designed for single-ended and differential analog signals in the range of ±50 mV to ±3.375 V.
