The MAX4533CPP+ is a monolithic low-power CMOS analog switch that’s designed to switch off high frequencies up to 1 MHz. It features three normally open (NO) single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches with enable control and one normally closed (NC) SPST switch with enable control. The MAX4533CPP+ offers high on-resistance (Ron) from 10Ω to 90 Ω and maximum on-off leakage current of 6nA at -40℃C and 0.1nA at 25℃C. This device is particularly suitable for digital audio line routing, portable electronic instrumentation, earphone switching, and power line routing.
