The MAX4533EPP is an advanced single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analog switch that operates with a single supply voltage of +2.7V to +18V or dual supply voltage of ±2.7V to ±9V. This device features an on resistance (RON) of 8Ω (max) at a +3.3V supply, high-speed performance of tON = 0.2μs (max) and tOFF = 0.2μs (max), low cross-talk of –50dB (max) at 10MHz, and a wide bandwidth of 1MHz. The MAX4533EPP is also equipped with a second-generation, digital-input logic family with a high-impedance disable, which eliminates the need for external pull-up/down resistors.
