Interface - Analog Switches, Multiplexers, Demultiplexers - MAX4613CPE+ is a dual, monolithic analog switch and multiplexer. It is fabricated on an advanced CMOS process that features low power consumption and low power supply voltage requirements. The MAX4613CPE+ is designed for single-supply operation with low-voltage switching (70mV to 30V) and low-leakage current (40nA).

The MAX4613CPE+ multiplexer offers low on-resistance (< 40 Ohms) with controlled turn-on and turn-off times. It accurately maintains a steady output voltage of ±5 volts. Moreover, the MAX4613CPE+ also features independent control of switching and hold pins with separate select and hold pins for each switch.

The MAX4613CPE+ analog switch can be configured for two switching applications – single-pole double-throw (SPDT) or single-pole single-throw (SPST). In a SPDT configuration, two analog signals can be selectively routed between two outputs, each with its own select pin. In a SPST configuration, one analog signal is switched between two outputs, with one select pin controlling both outputs.

The on-resistance of the MAX4613CPE+ is adjustable using an external resistor. This allows performance to be optimized for applications with different circuit topologies. The on-resistance of the MAX4613CPE+ can also be programmed using a logic signal, allowing switching between mechanically disconnected straight-through paths.
