The MAX4665CPE+ is an extended temperature range (–40°C to +85°C),SPST switch used for signal routing in industrial,medical and consumer applications. The switch operates from a single +2.7V to +5.5V supply and can handle a maximum signal level of +5V. The on-resistance is 8Ω max when VDD = 5V at +25°C,and switched in 66ns. The off-leakage current is 1nA max when V_DD1 = 5V at +25°C. The MAX4665CPE+ provides guaranteed AC and DC switching performance on all ports at up to 100MHz, and can safely transfer signals up to 1MHz on both ports. The MAX4665CPE+ also has a low insertion loss of only 0.35dB max when V_DD1 = 5V at +25°C.
