Specifically designed for low voltage single-supply operation at 0.9V to 3.3V, the MAX4680CAE+ is an efficient, low power, low voltage option for high performance analog switching. With four low on-resistance typically 250Ω and an on-resistance flatness of 3Ω maximum, the MAX4680CAE+ enables good signal fidelity with minimal signal loss. It also provides excellent off-isolation of typically –45dB and a fast 2μs switch actuation time.

The MAX4680CAE+ consists of four N-type analog switches. Each switch is controlled independently by a logic control pin or by the common Select input pin. The logic control pins can be used to individually select each switch using either the logic high (VCC) or the logic low (GND). The common Select pin can be used to select two, three, or all four switches at once. The MAX4680CAE+ is designed with a high common-mode rejection ratio (typically 90dB) and works best in applications with small signal transitions.

The MAX4680CAE+ contains an input buffer and power-on reset to ensure proper operation. The input buffer eliminates the need for an external pullup resistor or capacitor to hold the logic control pins in their desired state when the device is powered off.
