MAX628ESA is a monolithic gate driver IC designed by Maxim Integrated, a leader in system power management solutions. The IC is ideal for meeting the needs of high frequency switching in power conversion and motor control applications. It enables designers to drive large and small high power MOSFETs and IGBT transistors without the need for external components. When the input voltage is removed, the MOSFET automatically turns off to provide electrical isolation.
