Introduction

The MBRT30030 is a high-current rectifier diode array in a plastic TO-220 (Y) package. It is a reverse blocking diode, which features a 1,500 Volts transient voltage suppression (TVS) and 8 amps peak repetitive current (8A IFRM). The low forward voltage drop makes it ideal for all switched mode power supplies applications.

Application Field
