Logic-Translators, Level Shifters are widely used in different kinds of applications. MC10H125L is also an example, which combines logic-translators and level shifters into one component, and makes it easier to manage and control the input and output voltage shift.
MC10H125L is dual 1-bit non-inverting, ECL-to-TTL translators and Level shifter, designed to convert high speed ECL signals to the acceptance range of TTL logic inputs, while shifting the voltage level simultaneously. It is a three-state Level Translator circuit which allows either the ECL input or the TTL output to be at a highimpedance (floating) state. As a level shifter, it translates any input or output levels between 0.4V and 5.9V, and it works with two differentially driven ECL inputs.
