1. Describe
MC705J1ACDWE is Motorola's low-cost, high-performance M68HC05 series 8-bit microcontroller unit (microcontroller). The M68HC05 series is based on a customer-specific integrated circuit (CSIC) design strategy. All MCUs in this series use the popular M68HC05 central processing unit (CPU) and provide various subsystems, memory sizes and types, and package types. The on-chip memory of MC68HC705J1A includes 1240 bytes of Erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM). In the package There is no transparent window for EPROM erasing, 1240 EPROM These bytes are used as one-time programmable read-only memory (OTPROM).
