Logic - Latches is the basic component of logic gates, subdivided into RS-Latch, D-Latch, SR Latch and JK Latch. MC74HCT373ADWR2G is one of the series of counters and dividers familerly known as "Octal Latches and Edge-Triggered Flip-Flops".
