The MC68HC908MR32 is a member of the 8-bit low-cost, high-performance M68HC08 family Microcontroller Unit (MCU). All MCUs in this family use the enhanced M68HC08 central processing unit (CPU08) and are available in a variety of modules, memory sizes and types, and package types.
