The MC9S08QA4CDNE is a microcontroller from the 8-bit HCS08 family of NXP Semiconductors’ embedded controllers. It is based upon the original HCS08 architecture, however featuring upgraded RAM/ROM memory, improved interrupt servicing, peripherals and quick communications, as well as helpful development tools.
