MCP601T-I/SN is a low-voltage single-supply, high speed, rail-to-rail input and output, low power, low distortion, CMOS operational amplifier which is mainly used in signal raw data acquisition, data acquisition systems, precision audio systems, instrumentation amplifiers, test and measurement equipment,and other portable applications.
The amplifier has two differential inputs, and its maximum operating voltage is 4.5V, the typical operating voltage is 2.7V, maximum supply current is 138µA, and the maximum power supply of the amplifier is 5.25V. It is available in an SOIC-8 package and operates at temperatures between −40°C and +125°C.
Its working principle: MCP601T-I/SN is based on enhanced CMOS technology, with a gain bandwidth of 600MHz. It features zero-drift operation and low distortion.
