MCP8063T-E/MD is an intelligent motor control PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) from Microchip Technology Inc. It is designed for motor control applications. For robustness and greater EMC performance, the MCP8063T-E/MD blocks are built with on-chip ESD protection and transient protection circuits.
